Shipping Policy

By placing an order with LittleToyz, you accept the terms and conditions outlined in this shipping policy.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship throughout the United States, including all states and territories such as Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is completely free for all U.S. orders, no minimum purchase required.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 1–2 days (Monday to Sunday).
After dispatch, delivery usually takes an additional 5–7 days (Monday to Sunday), depending on your location and the courier's service level.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your package leaves our facility, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 4 days (Monday to Sunday) of placing your order, please contact us at hello@littletoyz.com so we can assist you.

CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the address.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel or modify your order before it has shipped by emailing us at hello@littletoyz.com.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can still request a return once you receive the item. See our Return Policy for full details.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 days (Monday to Sunday) of the expected delivery date, please email our support team. We’ll follow up with the courier, and you can expect a response within 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Should your item arrive damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@littletoyz.com.
You will have 30 days (Monday to Sunday) from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label, and you will not be charged for return shipping.
